Altass, Highlands Clay Pigeon Shooting

What a fantastic experience. As novices we were a bit apprehensive, however 5 minutes in Phil’s company changed all that. From his warm welcome when we first arrived to his knowledge of clay pigeon shooting he put us at ease quickly to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. It was not only enjoyable but memorable. Safety was huge throughout the day, understandably. Phil’s way of teaching was excellent and took no time to have us comfortable with the gun before we went to the range. His enthusiasm and encouragement was fantastic and he seemed as delighted as us when we actually hit the clay. He shone through, for me, with his encouragement when we missed, which was the majority and his words and direction certainly made a difference to us. He then spent some time with us, discussing the area, plans for developing the site and genuinely taking an interest in us. A fantastic experience made all the better with Phil’s tutelage.

Fantastic first experience clay pidgeon shooting with our instructor Marcus! He took us from never having held a gun before to popping clays for fun! A great experience and would look to do this again if in the area. Highly reccomended
