Thetford Clay Pigeon Shooting

Paul the instructor was very good with advice and made the shooting experience very enjoyable

This was my first time clay pigeon shooting so I was a little nervous, however, the instructor Paul was absolutely amazing putting me and my sister at ease. He was so chatty, told us the history of the estate and places to visit as i am quite new to the area. He had a fantastic senss of humour and the whole experience was amazing. I plan to come back with some of my friends and family next time. Paul really madd it for us!!!!

Fantastic experience We had the most brilliant time clay shooting today. Went with my partner and we had an instructor each who were very nice, extremely knowledgeable and a good laugh. Everything is provided for you and you are guided throughout your shoot by your instructor. Set in a beautiful, private estate and got to see wild deer roaming. Meeting place is clearly marked, instructions provide when booking were very helpful and there was plenty of parking at the meeting place with a lovely farm shop that sells the most tasty bacon. Would highly recommend, wish we had paid for 50 instead if 30.

From start to finish, this was a seamless experience. I originally booked a certain day, but this wasn’t available, so within a day an advisor got in touch and within an hour we had arranged an alternative and this had been booked. We went to the shoot in Elveden, and our instructor was Paul - he was absolutely fantastic! Cracking sense of humour, was making us laugh the whole time! Really knowledgeable of the local area, so was chatting around this, and his instruction on the shoot was spot on - nailed a few more clays because of it! Overall a fantastic experience, and most definitely one I would do again through the big shoot - and likely Elveden with Paul!

Fantastic shooting experience for 4 novices and ladies of a certain age! Highly recommend good fun, lots of laughs and we even managed to hit a few clays!
